The warranty period is as follow :
1. Power Amplifiers ：2 years
2. Powered Speaker Module ：2 years
3. Line Array and Speakers ：2 years
The warranty period will commence on the date of original purchase . The damage by human action or force majeure shall not be contained in the warranty scope .
1. We don't provide spare parts for sample orders ; for big order , we will put some components which may be damaged following delivery.
2. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective or damaged parts free of charge. However, this is limited to the damaged part only. If you want to replace the complete circuit board, you will need to pay for it.
3.Outside the warranty period, we can provide paid repair services
The user should cover the shipping costs of sending replacement goods out for all valid warranty claims. The user should cover the shipping costs of returning the defective goods.
The user should cover the shipping costs for non-warranty service goods to and from Sanway Audio or an Authorized Service Representative.
